Pre-Alpha Now Free-To-Play
Back in October last year, we released a pre-alpha version of Nestables to those who held Founder’s Nestables and Tokens. The intention of the pre-alpha was to get initial thoughts / feedback on the game and allow those who supported us during the pre-sale to see what their backing had been spent on!
Given the substantial interest in Nestables over the past few months, we have decided to allow free access to the pre-alpha version of Nestables to EVERYONE. You do not need a Founder’s Token / Nestable. You only need a website account.
Players will be provided with a generic Nestable to play and explore the pre-alpha version. There is no data being written to the blockchain for the pre-alpha and any progress will not carry over to the beta.
Please note that the pre-alpha version of Nestables is extremely early in our development. It is by no means finished or bug free. You can see in our recent development updates the significant amount of content that has been added to the game since October. The beta is still some time away but we can’t wait to share it with the entire community.
There has been no additional content added to this free-to-play pre-alpha version. If you run into a bug, there is no need to report it and we won’t be patching it. Most of these bugs have already been fixed in the build that we are working on for the beta. You can see all of the bugs that were reported back in October here.
Make sure to download the correct version. The download page has two different versions, one for those that hold a Founder’s Nestable + token and a second for those that don’t.
If you like the pre-alpha version, there are plenty of assets for the game available to buy on the Enjin marketplace.
Just a reminder, this is still very early on in the development of Nestables. There is a significant amount of polish and new features to still be added. We hope that you do enjoy this early preview of the game and that it lives up to your expectations.
