Nestables — An Introduction Announcement
Tribal Gaming is proud to announce Nestables, an interactive crypto collectible game powered by Enjin.
Tribal Gaming is incredibly proud to announce Nestables, an interactive crypto collectible game with beautiful graphics and engaging gameplay powered by Enjin. We are excited to be a part of Enjin’s early adopter program and work with them to provide true item ownership to our players.
Nestables will allow gamers to collect, trade and breed 3D ‘Cubes’, each of which will have their own unique personality, traits and cosmetic features. Gamers will be able to interact with their Cubes through designing, creating and decorating their very own ‘Nest’ for them to live, play and work in. You can task your Cube with collecting resources to build improvements for the Nest or allow them to relax and play. With gamers able to create their own buildings, homes and decorations to bring their Cubes’ homes to life, each Nest will be unique and a representation of you.
Cubes have their own unique DNA! Different personalities means that each Cube will have different wants and needs to keep them healthy and happy. Different Cubes will also be better-suited to different tasks.
Cubes are social creatures and enjoy interacting with each other and you. If you keep them working for too long, they will get tired and bored! So, change it up and get them to play ball together or take an afternoon nap. Keeping your Cubes happy will make them more productive and sociable.
We know that bragging rights matter, and nothing is worse than not being able to show off your Cubes or Nest to your friends! You will be able to visit your friends’ Nests to see what they’ve created (and vice versa), help them collect resources or find a mate for your Cube to breed.
Community is an important part of any game, and we cannot wait to hear your feedback, engage you for ideas, and get your thoughts on future features and aspects of gameplay. We also look forward to working closely with Enjin to integrate blockchain into our game.
What is Enjin? Well, this topic warrants an entire Medium post to itself! But to briefly summarize, Enjin’s blockchain game development platform is enabling us to create our Cubes on the blockchain and provide true item ownership to Nestables players. As blockchain assets, all Cubes will be backed by Enjin Coin and can be stored safely in your Enjin Wallet app.
In the near future, we will publish another post explaining what Enjin is, the benefits it will bring to the game, how we will integrate it into the gameplay to give Cubes real-world value, and how it will allow you to earn money through selling, trading or renting Cubes and publishing your own creations to the marketplace — so stay tuned!
